Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Valley Girl is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
